Utility Stop or Start Service (Water / Sewer / Trash)
Utility Deposit (for renters or land contract buyers)
Any resident who occupies a home and does not own the home, including purchase by land contract, and who wishes to place the utility bill in their name must make a utility deposit. When you move from the residence, contact the Clerk's Office and the utility deposit will be applied to your final bill. The required deposit is $100 and you must have a valid photo ID.
To start service: Please contact us and have the name of the new owner, billing information, and date to begin service.
To stop service: Please contact us with the date of the final meter reading and forwarding address.
